about me

ohhhh. another day camped at MP library (: it's considered a fruitful day for me coz i finally conquered the mass spectrometry chapter which wasn't covered during my 1st 3 mths. but still not quite productive.. having to spend one whole day on this small stupid chapter?? -_-" okayy. tomorrow i shall complete at least 2 more chapters of chem. i swear!! but actually it's not my fault for being unproductive. okay lahs maybe partially because of my poor concentration.. but also partially because the library has lots of distractions.

yes. the library has lots of distractions! in fact i can't find anywhere that has got no distractions at all :( let me tell you about the distractions in the MP library so you'll see whether you can overcome these distractions before deciding to go there to mug. haha.

elaine and randel arrived at the library 15 mins after it was opened.. and the tables were already fully occupied. like what the hell.. haha so we had to take the table which was just next to the lift in the multimedia section.. the exact same table on which dave and i mugged for our o's.

we felt so much like slapping the lift when it kept going "third storey. door is closing." it was really irritating especially when we were trying to concentrate. haa.

but the lift wasn't the only noisy one. randel couldn't help but to break the silence every 5 mins with gossips. O_o haha and for the first time i didn't show that i was interested (though i could be eavesdropping whatever he was telling elaine. haha!). i tried to bury my head in my notes instead.

we concluded that MP library has lots of funny people. since when had the library become a favorite making out spot for couples?? gosh. last week we just caught one couple ballroom dancing among the book shelves. elaine and me tried not to look.. but we were simply too amused by their peculiar behaviour in the library. the next thing we saw was the couple hugging and kissing from one shelf to another..

can you tell me how not to stare at them? haha! excuse me, this is a library. not a park.

we did see other people with weird behaviours too. especially when we were sitting just next to the lift.. we saw all kinds of people walking in and out. even when we tried not to look at them, for all we knew, the next thing that happened was a small boy screaming and crying just in front of us. i thought he was so annoying and even wanted to give him a tight spank. but chiki and i fell in love with this cute little boy immediately after we saw how he nodded to his mum! haha okayy back to studying -_-"

after some time of mugging... i looked up and saw this funny window at a corner of the section which i didn't know existed. i looked closely and realised there's a basketball court on the other side of the window!! but that's not the interesting part. we saw handsome half-naked guys with 6 pax playing bball just next door!! HOW CAN WE NOT STOP MUGGING TO LOOK?? haha! the next time you visit this library, try to look out for this window and the handsome guys on the other side :)

so actually MP library isn't a really good place to study too. if food distracts you as well.. there's always a starbucks on the ground floor.. only that your wallet will suffer.

i always hate inconsiderate and selfish people who leave their belongings on the table.. planning to chop the place while they walk to parkway for lunch. but can't imagine i did that today -_-" don't scold me. hahaha. even if i don't do that, randel and elaine certainly will. so it doesn't make a difference right? hehe.

before we left the library.. we became a distraction for others. haha! we needed the librarian to approach us and tell us off before we quieten down.. oh my it's so embarrassing. haha.. but who ask them to keep matchmaking me and a particular guy in class -_-" i'm innocent k!! stop drawing connections between me and him... argh i don't need more rumours neither do i desperately need to get attached to achieve emotional balance. grrs!!


s64 class outing today was a flop. haha! there's never a real class outing anyway.. coz it's always the same gang who turns up. but today it's to the extreme! only isabel, ivan and me turned up. hahaha don't ask me, i don't know what happened to the rest either. anyway isabel took a thousand years to reply my message and took another million years to come down her block to meet me.. so meanwhile i did my tys at the playground -_-" man i felt like a nerd. but i guess it's always wise to have your notes everywhere you go coz time is precious! especially for now. *grins* it isn't really a bad idea to go out in a small group actually. we still had lots of jokes to share :) hurhur.

and now my "blind date" knows how i look like alreadyy!! hey thats not fun anymore. whoever showed my photo to him... ( isabel is it you?? ) haha. but it's okay, i saw his photo in phyllis' phone long time ago liao anyway :)
